Big Brothers Big Sisters of McHenry County holds three major fundraisers each year. Our biggest is Bowl for Kids' Sake, which is held every March. This is a huge community event involving schools, residents, businesses, civic organizations and bowling leagues. In 2007 nearly 500 individuals bowled and raised over $90,000.00 for our organization. If you are looking for a fun, easy way to help Big Brothers Big Sisters, bowl with us in March 2008!
Big Brothers Big Sisters of McHenry County will host a dinner and auction event Friday October 3, 2008 which includes silent and live auctions, dinner and dancing. The event is open to the public. To request an invitation or donate an item for the auctions, please call 815-385-3855.
Swing for Kids' Sake is a golf outing that will be held Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at Crystal Woods Golf Club. The event includes 18 holes, a cart, lunch, dinner and a silent auction. For more information please call 815-385-3855.
