Big Brothers Big Sisters of McHenry County is a member
of the Human Service Network (HSN). The HSN consists of various and diverse
social service providers in McHenry County. The HSN encourages collaboration
and information sharing among members in order to better support the residents
of McHenry County.
About the McHenry County Latino Coalition
Formed in August of 1998, the McHenry County Latino Coalition strived to "sustain and strengthen today's McHenry County Latinos in order to build successful, diversified communities of tomorrow." The Coalition is comprised of over 40 individuals and organizations involved in education, social service, health care, and business.
McHenry County Child & Adolescent Local Area Network
The purpose of Local Area Network 34 (LAN) is a voluntary, inclusive and community based body with the express purpose of improving the welfare of children. Membership on the LAN reflects a balance of formal systems that operate in a community along with community stakeholders.
LAN 34 is responsible for developing a community based System of Care for children and adolescents from McHenry County.
Membership is comprised of human service agencies and community members serving the needs of children and adolescents.
