Big Brothers Big Sisters wins national Quality Award

Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of McHenry County was
selected as a Quality Award Winner from Big Brothers Big Sisters of America for
a second year in a row. BBBS of McHenry County was one of 44 agencies
nationwide to qualify for the award.
To qualify, BBBS agencies must meet certain requirements of
high-quality programming including number of children served, revenue raised,
12-month retention rates and match support completion rates.
“It is a great honor to be recognized by the Big Brothers
Big Sisters of America National Leadership Council,” said Executive Director
Abby Fredrick. “This is the second year in a row and the second time in our
agency’s history to qualify.”
“I am very proud of the staff for their hard work and the commitment
they provide daily to the children in McHenry County,” said Fredrick.
